Agreement

By installing and using Schema Clinic ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The App is operated by Developer-Guy ("we", "our", "us"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

Service Description

Schema Clinic is a Shopify app that audits structured data (JSON-LD schema markup) on your Shopify store, identifies errors and issues, and (for Pro plan subscribers) generates and deploys clean structured data to your storefront.

Plans & Billing

Schema Clinic offers two paid plans: Starter ($9.99/month) and Pro ($19.99/month). All billing is handled through Shopify's subscription system. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify admin.

All plans include a free trial period as offered through Shopify. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.

What We Provide

• Automated scanning and detection of JSON-LD structured data on your store
• Validation of schema markup against Google's official structured data documentation
• Schema Health Score calculation and tracking
• Issue classification and prioritisation (Errors, Warnings, Recommendations, Info)
• Schema generation and deployment via Theme App Extension (Pro plan)

Limitations

Schema Clinic provides structured data auditing and generation tools. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, rich result appearances, or SEO outcomes. Google's treatment of structured data is at Google's sole discretion and may change at any time.

The App validates schema against Google's published documentation at the time of development. As Google updates its requirements, we will update the App accordingly, but there may be periods where new requirements are not yet reflected.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for reviewing generated schema before deploying it to your storefront
• You are responsible for ensuring your store content (product data, descriptions, images) is accurate — Schema Clinic generates schema from your existing data
• You are responsible for managing conflicts between Schema Clinic's generated schema and schema from other sources (theme, other apps)

Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.

Intellectual Property

Schema Clinic, its code, design, and documentation are the intellectual property of Developer-Guy. Your store data remains yours. Generated schema output is based on your store data and you are free to use it as you see fit.

Termination

You may uninstall the App at any time. Upon uninstallation, your subscription will be cancelled and any deployed schema will cease to be injected on your storefront. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for violation of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Developer-Guy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email.
